She loved going to the lessons every week, even when she had a bit of a wobble at the start of the summer holidays. Serena advised us on what to do and swapped things around to work for her. Our daughter achieved an amazing result, we would 110% recommend Wolds Tuition.

Anon (Oct 2024) - Through a calm and personable approach, Serena works her magic. My son would arrive tired and lacking motivation after school and leave bouncing with confidence and keen to practise questions ready for the following week. Serena's wealth of knowledge means that she can instantly find a task or question type to overcome an identified difficulty.
I just hope she is still tutoring when my second son is ready to take the 11+!

Serena was wonderful and helped our daughter pass 11+ 7yrs ago so we were so pleased to be able to have the same opportunity for our son this year. Serena offers a very comfortable learning environment with numerous learning aids and support material; she has a fantastic kind and patient approach to bring out the best in students whilst boosting their confidence in new skills. Nathan enjoyed and looked forward to every session and thanks to Serena, he passed the 11+ with a very high score. Serena is a wonderful tutor, also taking the time to help parents understand 11+ and be able to interact with the learning material and homework. We would certainly recommend Serena to anyone looking for a tutor to help with 11+ or Maths.

She is calming, super organised and also understanding if commitments come up and sometimes we needed to change a session. Gemma Sikes (Oct 2022) - I would highly recommend Serena for 11+ tuition for your child. My son Jack really enjoyed his lessons and Serena made the learning fun and easy to understand. She never put any pressure on Jack and went at his pace which I appreciated. The 11+ test is stressful enough! Serena is very accommodating and flexible and will fit around your own commitments. Jack had lessons remotely which suited us as we are a fair distance away. Homework was well structured and suited to Jack who is not a huge fan of homework. Although, I stumbled across this qualitative tutorial service in March 2021 whilst, searching for a Lincolnshire 11+ tutor, retrospectively it wasn't a mere coincidence. The enrolment process was seamless, the quality of teaching was superb, my son was patiently, intentionally, nurtured and prepared for his 11+ exams in September 2021. Results are out today and my son's over the moon as he passed with flying colours and surpassed his expectations. He refused to let me or his dad help him familiarise himself with the tests but he really wanted to do his best.
